Description
Similar in appearance to Mānuka, only larger in stature, Kānuka trees grow up 30m tall. Kānuka is known to have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, derived from high levels of hydrogen peroxide in the honey. Recent research into the medical value of Kānuka honey shows its efficacy against skin conditions like eczema, rosacea, and acne.
