Description
Beech Honeydew is liquid honey, medium-dark amber in colour. It exhibits a bold flavour profile with complex taste. Beech Honeydew is a fine complement for strong flavours, such as pears, apples and blue cheese. Equally adds an excellent flavour boost to muesli, smoothies or delicious on toast.
Known to have high levels of antioxidants that research suggests helps to promote probiotic bacteria to benefit gut health e.g. inflammation and ulcers. Also can be applied topically to wounds and skin conditions. These unique, iron-binding antioxidants are also of interest to pharmaceutical companies.
